Seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive and grow their Healthcare/Cleantech business in Denmark. A mix of developing new customer relationships - identifying sales opportunities; whilst also pursuing new incremental business from their existing portfolio to meet sales objectives. You will work alongside an experienced Sales team, and in close cooperation with a whole range of internal functions including Credit and Marketing. Full operational and sales support provided from their Copenhagen offices. Responsibilities will include analysing this segment and contributing to country market sales strategies, preparing structured plans and producing monthly forecasts. Developing campaigns to increase customer awareness. Educate partners on financial options and systems, and the benefits of leasing. Participate in regular stakeholders meetings, becoming a trusted advisor. Looking for an individual with great personal drive and a real “can do” attitude. A strategic technology partner, involving a mix of structuring larger deals (with complex terms and conditions) through to financing smaller flow proposals. Responsibilities will also include managing other existing smaller partnerships/programmes, as well as identifying and developing NEW relations with partners in the same IT Hardware/Software, Storage, Technology Solutions arena. Needs someone with excellent relationship skills, drive and ambition. Working closely with various salespeople and resellers, providing all required training and financing expertise. Seeking an experienced financing manager - a leasing/financial services sales professional with excellent IT financing skills. Joining an existing team in Germany, and reporting to their Regional Sales Director (Europe). Working with both salespeople and partners, the right candidate will have good presentation skills; a proven ability to sell to executive level customers; knowledge of credit and financial analysis; vendor programme development and financial concepts. Will also require strong financial structuring, pricing and a good understanding of documentation/legal matters. Needing a confident individual with a proven sales record, with at least 6-8 years’ experience in a similar position and market. Quite flexible on applicant home location, but some travel should be expected, with certain clients/relationships based across Germany. Fluent English, at business level, is essential.

On behalf of our client, a major global financial solutions group, we are seeking a German Sales Manager for their OT Retail activities (IT, Copy Vending machines etc.) The current sales team of 9 are located across the country and works exclusively with indirect sales, focussing on resellers of various sizes active in the above segments.
The successful candidate’s remit will be to further expand this segment by increasing sales from established co-operations as well as winning and negotiating terms with new partners. He/she will be establishing a business development plan, working closely with other teams in the company (Marketing, Pricing, Risk etc.). The role includes the expected responsibilities of budgeting and reporting etc., but most importantly this position is for a hand-on manager with strong coaching skills.
The appointee will be degree educated and have significant relevant experience, both from the sector itself as well as from managing a growing sales team. Experience of remote management would be beneficial. Fluent English is a requirement.
