On behalf of a major leasing and asset finance organisation, we are recruiting for their next global head of Remarketing. The position can be located in any of their many locations and will indirectly lead a global team of c.100 remarketing staff.  The successful appointee will lead and manage the strategic direction and tactical global remarketing activities in order to contribute to the overall income via maximised proceeds out of the sale of used assets. He/she will further develop new markets and sales channels, creating structures and tools for international asset sales. Key attributes:

• Master degree in Business Economics or other relevant education
• 10 years + experience in remarketing in an international setting and with a strong business background
• Strategic view and broad knowledge of international asset trading; markets, sales channels, international sale, export, logistics, documents, payments, letter of credit, Inco terms, export insurance, etc.
• Leadership and project management skills
• Experience in structuring and formalising of partnerships in emerging markets.

The successful appointee will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing market developments and trends to identify opportunities and will contribute to the formulation of the global business development plan.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree educated and have significant experience from developing and/or managing regional vendor agreements. Senior Asset Analyst Nordic A major expanding global, as well as Nordic, equipment finance leasing company is seeking to strengthen its existing asset management team with an experienced valuer. Experience from all/some of the following assets types required: Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing and Materials Handling. Essential duties of the role would include undertaking residual and collateral analysis, issue residual and collateral values subject to approval authority, develop and structure programmes for industrial assets, proactively, together with the team, manage the existing portfolio and maximising termination income.
