Seeking an experienced financing manager - a leasing/financial services sales professional with excellent IT financing skills. Joining an existing team in Germany, and reporting to their Regional Sales Director (Europe). Working with both salespeople and partners, the right candidate will have good presentation skills; a proven ability to sell to executive level customers; knowledge of credit and financial analysis; vendor programme development and financial concepts. Will also require strong financial structuring, pricing and a good understanding of documentation/legal matters. Needing a confident individual with a proven sales record, with at least 6-8 years’ experience in a similar position and market. Quite flexible on applicant home location, but some travel should be expected, with certain clients/relationships based across Germany. Fluent English, at business level, is essential.

This position will be based at the vendor’s premises near Frankfurt and will be an important addition to the team. The role will be tasked with continuing the development of the relationship and to win business from a couple of the vendor’s segments within small and middle ticket. This is a true relationship building role and would suit someone who either is at the start of their financing sales career (1-3 years’ experience) or someone who understands leasing well from potentially a sales support or operations function and who is looking for the next step. On behalf of our client, a major global financial solutions group, we are seeking a German Sales Manager for their OT Retail activities (IT, Copy Vending machines etc.) The current sales team of 9 are located across the country and works exclusively with indirect sales, focussing on resellers of various sizes active in the above segments.

The successful candidate’s remit will be to further expand this segment by increasing sales from established co-operations as well as winning and negotiating terms with new partners. He/she will be establishing a business development plan, working closely with other teams in the company (Marketing, Pricing, Risk etc.). The role includes the expected responsibilities of budgeting and reporting etc., but most importantly this position is for a hand-on manager with strong coaching skills.

On behalf of a client, we are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to assume responsibility for strategy, policy and oversight of a EUR 1.5+bln portfolio of healthcare and clean technology assets. The role will be involved in all aspects of Asset Management, including providing advice for the Remarketing function. It will further have significant involvement in new BD and program development. Primary duties will include undertaking residual and collateral analysis, issuing residual and values subject to approval authority and active portfolio management. The position will further together with the European Asset Management and Sales teams develop asset management strategies, operating and re-marketing agreements.
