On behalf of our client, a major global financial solutions group, we looking for a new person to work with one of their well established and expanding IT vendor programmes. This position will be based at the vendor’s premises near Frankfurt and will be an important addition to the team. The role will be tasked with continuing the development of the relationship and to win business from a couple of the vendor’s segments within small and middle ticket. This is a true relationship building role and would suit someone who either is at the start of their financing sales career (1-3 years’ experience) or someone who understands leasing well from potentially a sales support or operations function and who is looking for the next step. For either background personality will be key for this role. The position requires the capability to work independently and fluent English.

On behalf of our client, a major global financial solutions group, we are seeking a German Sales Manager for their OT Retail activities (IT, Copy Vending machines etc.) The current sales team of 9 are located across the country and works exclusively with indirect sales, focussing on resellers of various sizes active in the above segments.

The successful candidate’s remit will be to further expand this segment by increasing sales from established co-operations as well as winning and negotiating terms with new partners. He/she will be establishing a business development plan, working closely with other teams in the company (Marketing, Pricing, Risk etc.). The role includes the expected responsibilities of budgeting and reporting etc., but most importantly this position is for a hand-on manager with strong coaching skills.

The appointee will be degree educated and have significant relevant experience, both from the sector itself as well as from managing a growing sales team. Experience of remote management would be beneficial. Fluent English is a requirement.
