On behalf of a client, we are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to assume responsibility for strategy, policy and oversight of a EUR 1.5+bln portfolio of healthcare and clean technology assets. The role will be involved in all aspects of Asset Management, including providing advice for the Remarketing function. It will further have significant involvement in new BD and program development. European experience is essential, in particular across the three countries mentioned above.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years relevant experience & an expert knowledge of the key relevant asset classes (to include Imaging, Surgical, Laboratory, Life Sciences and Emergency Vehicles). Knowledge and experience of Wind and Energy Efficiency assets would also be beneficial. A commercial mindset and a willingness to travel are also essential attributes.

European Remarketing Manager

A global bank-owned provider of asset-based financing products is seeking an experienced Remarketing Manager for its Construction and Industrial vertical. The position will assume responsibility for executing the end of lease and remarketing policy for a € 1.5 billion European portfolio. Assets include materials handling, construction, cranes & aerial platform equipment. The position requires significant end of lease experience, specific asset knowledge and a well developed network of global sales contacts.

Duties will range from preparing quotes and documentation, funding, customer service and collections. You need to be able to communicate in English. French language skills would be highly desirable.

A bank affiliated well global equipment leasing company is looking to strengthen its Central European credit team with an experienced credit & risk professional. A key requirement of the successful candidate will be that he/she will have clear development potential to assume more senior positions in the future. The role will cover Germany, the Benelux, Switzerland and Austria. It is essential to have in-depth experience from either the German or the Benelux market, a strong bonus would be to have experience from both. The organisation focuses on the mid to large corporate sectors and operates within both vendor and direct leasing. Asset experience that would be beneficial include IT, transportation, printing, construction and medical. The position requires a minimum of 10 years commercial credit underwriting and analysis experience, preferably in leasing or asset finance company and in an international organisation. Fluent English is required as is native German or Dutch.
